LWVSC Civic Engagement Activities
League members become involved by learning about the election process. Working closely with the Secretary of State's office and local Town Clerks, they register voters year round. They also provide education about election rules and deadlines to encourage voters to always vote in every election. Many members become poll workers.
The League of Women Voters South County holds quarterly meetings that are open to the public, Each meeting features a speaker on a current topic of interest to the community.
